50 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with definite diagnosis of PD; 2. Patients who have not taken medicine or whose symptoms are stable after taking medicine; 3. Patients who can walk 10 meters independently; 4. The patients who can carry out motor imagery based on the average score of motor and visual components in kviq >= 3.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with contraindications of MRI, such as intracerebral vascular silver clips, cardiac initiators, etc; 2. Patients with obvious involuntary head movements or lip tremors; 3. Patients with claustrophobia; 4. Patients with fracture in recent half a year, nervous system diseases other than PD or other symptoms such as visual impairment and vestibular dysfunction that affect balance function; 5. Patients with obvious cognitive impairment (MoCA < 27); 6. Subjects who have participated in or are participating in the intervention research or exercise training class related to balance control within half a year.
