Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with chronic low back pain (more than 3 months); 2. Patients aged from 18 to 65 years old; 3. Patients with a history of sedentary, stooping and fatigue.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with definite "red flag sign" (unilateral leg pain and numbness, consistent with nerve distribution, intermittent claudication, weight loss without obvious reason, nocturnal pain, etc.); 2. Patients who have undergone spinal surgery; 3. Patients with a history of severe lumbar trauma; 4. Patients who are not interested in participating in the study. 5. Non native Chinese subjects; 6. Subjects who could not master the use of wechat, nailing and other apps; 7. The subjects with poor physical condition had severe cardiopulmonary disease and poor exercise tolerance.
