Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients over 50 years old; 2. Patients with severe coronary artery calcification (calcification score > 400) or after stent implantation; 3. Subjects who underwent DSA within one week. 4. Subjects whose heart rate is less than 65 beats / min.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with difficulty in holding their breath; 2. In patients with severe arrhythmia, the heart rate was controlled by drugs more than 65 beats / min; 3. Contraindications of conventional enhanced CT: patients allergic to iodine contrast agent, severe liver and kidney function damage and obvious coagulation dysfunction, severe thyroid disease and uncontrolled diabetes.
