18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients admitted to hospital within 7 days after onset and diagnosed as acute pancreatitis; 2. Patients aged 18-70 years; 3. Patients with American anesthesiologist classification (ASA) I or III; 4. Patients with single or multiple organ failure in ICU.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with chronic pancreatitis or pancreatic tumor related pancreatitis; 2. Patients with surgical drainage and debridement need emergency ERCP treatment; 3. Patients with previous local anesthetic allergy; 4. Subjects with coagulation dysfunction; 5. Patients with spinal deformity and local anatomic variation who can not receive thoracic epidural block; 6. Patients who had received cardiopulmonary resuscitation before and their neurological function did not recover; 7. Patients with a history of severe cardiovascular, respiratory, hepatorenal, malignant tumor or immune diseases; 8. Mental patients, pregnant women, minors, patients with cognitive impairment, etc.
