Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elderly patients over 60 years old; 2. The diagnosis of sarcopenia was based on the criteria proposed by AWGs. Sarcophagus reduction was defined by ASMI (male < 7 kg / m2, female < 5.7 kg / m2), 6m walking (< 1m / s) and / or grip strength (male < 28 kg, female < 18 kg); 3. Those patients who are ready to participate in the experiment completely and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with history of DVT and / or coagulopathy; 2. Patients with uncontrollable arterial hypertension (blood pressure > 160 / 100 mmHg) and / or dyslipidemia (total cholesterol > 220 mg / dl); 3. Patients with cardiovascular, pulmonary or metabolic diseases and / or musculoskeletal problems; 4. Patients with self-reported smoking history; 5. Patients using dual antiplatelet drugs: aspirin, cilostazol, etifitin, ticlopidine and tirofiban.
