Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinical manifestations and laboratory biochemical examinations consistent with hypophosphatemia osteomalacia; 2. Serum FGFF23 level is 2 times higher than normal range; 3. Imaging examinations including B-ultrasound, CT, MRI, OCT-SPECT and etc confirm the existence of space occupying lesion; 4. Pathological diagnosis of the tumor removed by exairesis is phosphateuria mesenchymal tumor; 5. After exairesis, blood phosphorus returned to normal and serum FGF23 levels decreased significantly.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with heritable or sporadic hypophosphatemic rickets or osteomalacia caused by gene mutations; 2. Adefovir dipivoxil, tenofovir and other drugs with renal toxicity users; 3. Patients with diseases that may affect phosphorus metabolism, such as kidney disease, autoimmune diseases, Crohns disease, chronic dysentery, Cushings syndrome, hyperthyroidism/Hyperparathyroidism or hypothyroidism/ hypoparathyroidism, etc; 4. Patients with malignant tumors (excluding malignant phosphaturia mesenchymal tumor).
