18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient was hospitalized within 7 days after onset and diagnosed as acute pancreatitis; 2. Admitted to ICU and had single or multiple organ failure; 3. Between 18 and 70 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy pancreatitis; 2. Pancreatitis associated with pancreatic tumor; 3. Patients who have undergone surgical drainage and debridement need emergency ERCP treatment; 4. Those who have had cardiopulmonary resuscitation before and with neurological disfunction; 5. Patients with a history of severe cardiovascular, respiratory, kidney, liver, blood, malignant tumor or immune diseases 6. Allergic to local anesthetics; 7. Cervical surgery history, scar, anatomical variation; 8. Coagulation disorder or anticoagulant therapy.
