Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-80 years; 2. Off-pump CABG surgery not in urgent or emergent situation and without IABP or inotropes for hemodynamic support before surgery; 3. EF > 40%; 4. Patients undergoing heart surgery for the first time; 5. Good compliance and ability to complete follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. With history of AF; 2. Take class I or III anti-arrhythmic drugs; 3. With history of any type AF ablation operation; 4. With history of adult congenital heart disease or significant valvular disease; 5. Heart surgery is accompanied by other organ-system surgery; 6. Liver and kidney function abnormality (blood level exceed the upper limit of normal value by 3 times), or with surgical contraindications; 7. Patients suffering from other diseases who require radiotherapy, chemotherapy, and long-term hormone treatment; 8. Participating in other clinical trials.
