Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Laparoscopic radical gastrectomy, aged > 18 years, ASA grade I-III, no previous history of motion sickness, nausea, vomiting or chronic pain.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who were converted to laparoscopy, refused to receive nerve block, allergic to local anesthesia (ropivacaine), had myocardial infarction, cerebral infarction or heart failure events within the previous 12 months, BMI > 35, and had contraindainations for nerve block, refused to sign informed consent.
