Interventions

Intervention of Group A:The participants perform traditional APE (the exercise frequency was 3 times / min) first, and then modified ankle pump exercise (the exercise frequency was 30 times/min).
Intervention of Group B:The participants perform modified ankle pump exercise (the exercise frequency was 30 times/min) first, and then traditional APE (the exercise frequency was 3 times / min).

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged from 18 to 30 years old; 2. Be able to perform APE according to the instruction; 3. Without VTE or other cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 4. No drugs affecting hemodynamics were taken in the past half year; 5. Volunteer to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. With lower extremity skin damage, deformity or movement limitation; 2. Other reasons which unmet the inclusion criteria.
