Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Breast cancer diagnosed by pathology; 2. Aged >= 60 years; 3. To be operated in the study hospital, conditions for follow-up; 4. Informed consent and active participation in horticultural activities; 5. Using WeChat or with the help of family members; 6. Clear consciousness, good communication and presentation skills.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. People with language communication difficulties; 2. Cardiopulmonary dysfunction; 3. Cognitive dysfunction.
