Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. type 2 diabetes: aged 30 to 75 years with or without dry eye; 2. Normal control.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclude these patients with a history of corneal disease, lacrimal gland disease, surgery, ocular trauma, hypertention, vascular diseases, Sjogren's syndrome and other immune diseases.
