Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Premature infants with gestational age < 32 weeks 2.Admitted to Children's Hospital of Chongqing Medical University within 48 hours after delivery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Infants with congenital pulmonary or heart abnormality; 2) Tested with the gene mutation of the Panel gene; 3) With severe Ischemic hypoxic encephalopathyintracranial hemorrhage or Chromosomal abnormalities; 4)Give up treatment or die within correct the gestational age of 36 +3 weeks(not caused by BPD).
