65 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 60 years or above; 2. Admitted less than 30 months; 3. Ablity to communicate; 4. Volunteer for the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cognitive impairment (SPMSQ >= 3 points); 2. Taking anti-anxiety or anti-depressant drugs; 3. Participate in other psychotherapy or intervention; 4. Suffering from mental illness.
