Age
18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 70 years; No less than 16 teeth remain in the mouth; 2. The subjects did not receive periodontal treatment within 3 months, and had no history of antibiotics and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; 3. Patients with stage III/IV, Grade C periodontitis 4. Patients have good compliance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1, Smoking; 2. Pregnant or lactating women; 3. Patients with diabetes and hypertension; 4. Patients with mental diseases; 5. Patients with complicated infectious diseases.
