Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 20 to 64 years old, ASA score I to III, BMI between 18 and 30kg/m2, elective for cardiac major vessel surgery under general anesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Severe coagulation dysfunction (PLT count 18s, APTT>55s);a history of cannulated right subclavian vein within 3 months; a history of right clavicle and rib trauma;severe infundibular thorax or chest anatomical deformity;the right internal thoracic artery would be used as bridging vessel during the operation.
