Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria for emmetropia or low myopia control group: (1) Meet the above diagnostic criteria above; (2) Sign informed consent; (3) With normal corrected vision; (4) Without any other organic eye diseases. 2. Inclusion criteria for High myopia group (1) With at least one eye meeting the above clinical diagnostic criteria; (2) Sign informed consent. 3. Inclusion criteria for pathological myopia group: (1) Meets the above diagnostic criteria; (2) Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Exclusion criteria for emmetropia or low myopia control group: (1) Unwilling to join or continue the study; (2) Cannot cooperate well to the study due to poor mental state. 2. Exclusion criteria for High myopia group: (1) Exclude systemic diseases caused other eye impacts, such as hypertensive retinopathy, diabetic retinopathy and so on; (2) Psychopath; (3) Those who cannot cooperate with the investigation. 3. Exclusion criteria for pathological myopia: (1) Those who are unwilling to join the study; (2) Those who cannot cooperate well due to poor mental state; (3) With congenital hereditary eye diseases, such as ametropia caused by congenital scleral abnormalities, adhesive leukoplakia, lens abnormalities and so on; (4) With other systemic organic diseases or a history of major previous operations.
