Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male and female patients aged 18 to 80 years; 2. According to the diagnostic criteria of myocardial infarction; 3. Echocardiography showed that EF >= 40% of heart function; 4. Informed consent must be signed before participating in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with systolic blood pressure lower than 90mmHg; 2. Be in critical condition due to myocardial infarction; 3. Suspected patients with aortic dissection or acute pulmonary embolism; 4. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 5. Have a history of allergy to any research treatment drug, or its excipients, or drugs with similar chemical components; 6. Patients were treated with ARNI within 2 months before participating in the study; 7. Patients with advanced cancer or other major accompanying diseases and life expectancy less than 1 year; 8. Previous angioedema associated with ACEI / ARB therapy, hereditary or idiopathic angioedema; 9. Pregnant or lactating women; 10. Combined with any contraindications of sacubatre and valsartan sodium tablets; 11. Patients in other clinical trials; 12. Other reasons that the researchers think are not suitable for this study.
