Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The age is 18-70 years old and the gender is not limited; 2. The patients who met the diagnostic criteria of circular mixed hemorrhoids and the severity of internal hemorrhoids was grade III ~ IV; 3. There was no obvious deformity of anus before operation; 4. The subjects participated voluntarily and signed the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of hemorrhoids or other anorectal surgery; 2. Pregnant, lactating and menstrual women; 3. Patients with rectal cancer, rectal polyps, tuberculosis, Crohn's disease and other anorectal diseases, or with abnormal anal morphology and function; 4. Patients with severe respiratory, digestive, circulatory and blood system diseases and obvious abnormal liver and kidney functions; 5. Patients with acute inflammatory or thrombotic external hemorrhoids; 6. Have participated in other clinical studies in or within 30 days.
