Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Enrollment age 6-12 years old; 2. Pediatric amblyopia and ophthalmology clinic diagnosis of amblyopia; 3. Patients need to sign informed consent. 4. Clear consciousness, have basic listening, speaking, reading and writing ability, can read and understand by themselves or with the help of parents to understand the questionnaire content.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cognitive impairment, low intelligence, and incomprehension of the scale content; 2. Major family events may cause physical and mental effects on children; 3. There are other eye and body abnormalities; 4. Do not have the normal communication ability, unable to cooperate.
