Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Dry mouth, dry eyes, bilateral salivary glands repeatedly swelling, suspected Sjogren's syndrome patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Medical history or surgical history of parotid and submandibular gland tumors on either side; 2. Acute or chronic inflammation of salivary glands; 3. Head and neck radiotherapy or chemotherapy history; 4. History of sialolithiasis; 5. Sarcoidosis; 6. A history of taking antiacetylcholine drugs 7. Hepatitis C infection; 8. AIDS; 9. Scoagulation abnormalities; 10. Pregnant and lying-in woman.
