Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) The subjects are permanent residents of Chenghua community, ensuring follow-up without loss; (2) Patients with the ages from 18 to 80; (3) Men and women are not limited; (4) Patients diagnosed with diabetes; (5) The patients and their families agree and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) People with mental retardation, mental disorders and other special groups who cannot fully understand the purpose of the study; (2) Patients with acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events, unstable conditions or requiring hospitalization within 3 months before the study; (3) People with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events or hemiplegia occurred more than 3 months before entering the study, which was not convenient for investigation; (4) Patients diagnosed with malignant tumors within 3 months prior to study entry and requiring hospitalization or special treatment; (5) The researcher considered that the patient could not be included.
