Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients under general anesthesia for elective noncardiac suygery,Age over 60 years old,ASA classification I~III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Dementia, mental retardation or other neuropsychiatric diseases; Hearing impaired; Other factors lead to communication difficulties for patients.
