Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Female aged 45-60 years. (2) Self-reported natural menopause with at least some menopausal symptoms (e.g. irregular menstruation, hot or flushed flashes, loss of libido, vaginal dryness, insomnia, night sweats, fatigue, etc.). (3) Have not used hormone replacement drugs within 3 months. (4) Able to complete relevant questionnaires independently. (5) Able to participate in exercise training, with normal limb and cardiopulmonary function.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Post-hysterectomy and/or oophorectomy and premature ovarian failure. (2) Have any major medical conditions such as cardiovascular, neurological, respiratory diseases and uncontrolled endocrine diseases such as hyperthyroidism and diabetes. (3) Cannot use communication devices.
