30 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Vital signs are stable, all patients have onset for the first time, the course of disease is >= 3 months, and there is balance and walking dysfunction through assessment. 2. The classification of the patient's functional ambulation catagory is >= 3. 3. Never use drugs that affect balance, such as sedative hypnotics or anti-epileptic drugs. 4. Agree to participate in this research project, sign an informed consent form, and pass the review of the ethics committee.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with failure of important organs (heart, liver, lung, kidney), malignant tumors and unstable disease. 2. Patients with lower limb pain caused by various reasons and limited mobility. 3. Severe illness or cognitive impairment, etc. who cannot cooperate to complete assessment and training. 4. Patients who have visual impairment and cannot see the target projected on the treadmill belt. 5. The patient has vestibular organ disease.
