Interventions

Treatment group:basic drug therapy + healthy donor FMT under gastroscopy and colonoscopy

Control group:basic drug therapy

18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) PD was diagnosed and Hoehn and Yahr stages <3 in the drug therapy state; (2) The age ranges from 60 to 75 years; (3) Can cooperate to complete the inspection; (4) Agree to participate in this study and sign informed consent; (5) Subjects considered likely to survive more than 1 year after inclusion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Parkinson's disease is unstable; (2) Other immune disorders or clinical immunosuppression; (3) Serious underlying diseases that prevent subjects from surviving for one or more years or unstable medical conditions require frequent replacement therapy; (4) Use of probiotics at present or in the last month; (5) Use of antibiotics at present or in the last month; (6) Previous deep brain stimulation, or PD surgery, intravenous glutathione therapy, or stem cell therapy; (7) Infected with HIV or HBV or HCV.
