18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing laparoscopic hepatectomy for hepatocellular carcinoma; 2.Aged 18-65 years; 3.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification I-III level patients; 4.BMI:18-30kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe hepatitic or renal dysfunction(total bilirubin > 1.46mg/dl, glomerular filtration rate < 30ml/min /1.73? or end-stage renal disease); 2.Severe heart disease(severe heart block, Sinus bradycardia; Patients with Adams-Stokes syndrome, preexcitation syndrome, etc); 3.Allergy to lidocaine; 4.Long-term use of drugs that affect lidocaine metabolism such as cimetidine and beta blockers; 5.Combined other malignant tumors; 6.Tumor invasion in the portal vein, hepatic vein, or inferior vena cava; 7.Patients with a history of seizures;8,patients who had taken other experimental drugs or were participating.
