Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The clinical diagnosis (imaging data suggest) is patellofemoral joint disorder (patellofemoral instability, patellofemoral dysplasia). Diagnostic criteria: (1) Symptoms: such as knee pain, soft leg beating, false incarceration, etc.; (2) Signs: such as quadriceps atrophy, knee swelling, track test positive, patellar tenderness, phobia, patellar exotropia or joint relaxation; (3) Imaging examination: X-ray, CT and MRI; 2. According to the doctor's advice, standard conservative treatment, dual patellar surgery and triple patellar surgery were performed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patient's knee was complicated with other factors causing joint instability (such as ACL, PCL or multiple ligament injuries), the patient had a history of surgery, had any type of clinical infection (including influenza, new crown) within 2 months before surgery, and was complicated with other systemic diseases, such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, metabolic diseases, nervous system diseases, drug and / or alcohol abuse, pregnant or lactating women,Informed consent not signed
