Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Scale scores for anxiety or depression >=10 (mild if less than 10); (2) willing to participate in video group activities; (3) Available time can meet the requirements of group activities.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Self-injury tendency so that crisis intervention is needed; (2) Receiving psychotherapy or counseling; (3) Participating in other mindfulness projects.
