Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Volunteers aged 20-70 years; 2) It is the permanent residence of the survey site; 3) No previous cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, no severe physical disability, no daily communication barrier; 4) Voluntarily participate in the project and sign the informed consent; 5) Complete baseline survey and participate in long-term follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Floating population or temporary resident; 2) The Previous diagnosis of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, including coronary heart disease, cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, lower extremity vascular embolism; 3) Cancer or life expectancy less than 5 years; 4) Have a mental disorder; 5) There are serious systemic diseases, such as heart failure, liver and kidney failure; 6) We are participating in other interventional clinical studies.
