Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects who met the diagnostic criteria of American College of Cardiology (ACC) / American Heart Association (AHA) in 2011; 2. Subjects with normal myocardial markers; 3. Subjects over 18 years old had no cognitive impairment and could communicate normally; 4. The subjects who volunteered to participate in this study signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with diabetes, pneumonia, rheumatic valvular disease, COPD, systemic connective tissue disease, immune system disease and other serious diseases; 2. Patients with coronary artery bypass grafting; 3. Patients with mental illness who can not cooperate with the treatment; 4. Patients with interruption or withdrawal.
