Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Female, aged from 23 to 43; 2. Subjects who are going to undergo IVF / ICSI-ET or frozen thawed embryo transfer (FET); 3. IVF / ICSI subjects who want to transfer 1-2 fresh or frozen thawed D3 cleavage embryos or blastocysts (transfer criteria: at least 1 cleavage embryo, blastocyst rating >= 4bc, quality embryo criteria: (1) 7-10 cells, puissant score of 3 and 4 points; (2) Or 7-10 cells, Peter grade I, II); 4. The subjects who signed the informed consent form voluntarily participated in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with contraindications to pregnancy or assisted reproductive technology; 2. Subjects with chromosomal abnormalities (except polymorphism) of either spouse; 3. Untreated patients with uterine diseases (uterine malformation, submucosal myoma, adenomyosis, endometriosis, etc.) that clearly affect uterine cavity morphology; 4. Untreated endometritis, acute pelvic inflammatory disease, mycotic vaginitis, bacterial vaginitis, adnexitis, hydrosalpinx or other systemic infections; 5. Subjects with endometrial thickness less than 7mm on ovulation day / luteal transition day; 6. Subjects with repeated implantation failure (>= 3 times of embryo transfer failure and accumulating at least 4 high-quality embryos without clinical pregnancy); 7. Subjects for preimplantation embryo genetic diagnosis; 8. Subjects with contraindications of sex hormone use, such as history of thrombotic diseases; 9. Patients with serious primary diseases and mental diseases such as malignant tumor, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; 10. Subjects who have received TCM treatment (such as acupuncture and traditional Chinese Medicine) related to regulating menstruation and helping pregnancy in the past month.
