Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. For patients with chronic pain history, the main symptoms were long standing, sedentary, bending down or getting cold, and the pain aggravated and repeated attacks, mainly in the cervical spine, thoracic spine, lumbar transverse process, iliac crest and posterior sacral, with obvious tenderness at the starting and ending points of neck shoulder, chest back and lumbar back muscles; 2. The results of pressure test, brachial plexus traction test, straight leg raising test, strengthening test and other neurological examinations were normal, and other spinal diseases were excluded by imaging examination; 3. Patients who are not willing to accept surgical treatment; 4. Subjects who voluntarily participate in the study and can cooperate with the follow-up review; 5. All the subjects agreed to sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Tuberculosis patients; 2. Cancer patients; 3. Patients with soft tissue infection; 4. Patients with mental disorders, 5. Patients who cannot cooperate with treatment.
