Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients diagnosed with gout were in accordance with the classification criteria of primary gout of ACR and EULAR in 2015; 2. Patients over 18 years old; 3. Patients who know their own condition; 4. The subjects who can use smart phones independently and the common mobile operating system is Android version; 5. Subjects who can read independently; 6. Volunteers.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Critically ill patients; 2. Patients with unconsciousness or cognitive impairment; 3. Those patients who refused to collect data for the study or could not complete the follow-up data collection.
