Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ESRD group: 1. ESRD diagnostic criteria were met, duration of HD >= 3 months; 2. Right handed, aged 45-75, junior high school or above; 3. Normal vision, hearing and upper limb muscle strength, colorless and weak color blindness; 4. Read and sign the informed consent. Normal control group 1. For the healthy people matched with the patients in gender, age and education, MMSE score = 25, right handedness; 2. Read and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ESRD group: 1. Patients with brain damage, such as stroke, tumor or abscess; 2. Patients with history of traumatic brain injury; 3. Patients with neuropsychiatric disorders; 4. Patients with a history of drug or alcohol abuse. Normal control group 1. Patients with history of serious heart, brain, liver and kidney diseases, and history of alcohol and drug abuse; 2. Patients with family history of mental illness.
