Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who meet the relevant diagnosis of 2019 ESC guidelines for chronic coronary syndrome and 2020 nice: acute coronary syndrome (ng. 185); 2. Patients who were treated with PCI before entering the group; 3. Conscious subjects with normal intelligence can cooperate with relevant treatment; 4. Patients with informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are allergic to drugs for treatment; 2. Patients with contraindications of ticagrelor and clopidogrel; 3. Patients with hematopoietic system diseases; 4. Patients with chronic inflammatory diseases; 5. Patients with abnormal renal function; 6. Patients with pathological bleeding; 7. Patients with malignant tumor; 8. Oral anticoagulants or low molecular weight heparin for chronic treatment of patients; 9. Patients with a history of major surgery or severe trauma (within 3 months); 10. Patients with a history of moderate or severe liver damage; 11. Patients currently treated with strong CYP3A inhibitors or strong CYP3A inducers.
