75 Years to 88 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elderly patients undergoing hip replacement under spinal anesthesia; 2. Patients aged 75-88 years old; 3. ASA I-II patients; 4. Patients without history of drug allergy and liver and kidney dysfunction.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with central nervous system related diseases and / or diabetes mellitus; 2. Patients with high fever; 3. Patients with a history of drug dependence or alcohol abuse; 4. Patients with MMSE 35 5. Patients who have recently taken painkillers, antidepressants or sedatives; 6. Patients with severe respiratory or cardiovascular diseases.
