18 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Young and middle-aged patients aged 18-40 years; 2. Subjects without perianal diseases; 3. Subjects without previous abdominal or perianal surgery history; 4. Patients with good compliance can receive long-term follow-up; 5. Subjects with no coagulation dysfunction, no history of mental illness, no severe cardiopulmonary disease and other basic diseases can tolerate colonoscopy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have undergone colorectal or perianal surgery; 2. Patients with inflammatory bowel disease, severe constipation or fecal incontinence; 3. Patients allergic to lidocaine; 4. Patients with severe organic diseases, coagulation dysfunction and other intolerance to colonoscopy; 5. Patients who are not willing to accept the trial treatment and can not cooperate with the follow-up.
