Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients enrolled in this study must meet the first criteria and/or the second criteria: 1.Patients who are identified as any connective tissue disease according to the latest international diagnostic criteria for the corresponding disease; 2.Patients who met the 2004 diagnosis criteria or 2018 Hscore criteria for haemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who meet any of the following criteria cannot be included in this study: 1. Patients without connective tissue diseases; 2. Patients combined with other blood system diseases, such as lymphoma, leukemia, etc.; 3. Plasma exchange patients did not sign informed consent.
