Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Full time midwifery college students admitted by the national college entrance examination, volunteer to participate in the research; teaching teachers with bachelor degree or above (midwifery, obstetrics and Gynecology, pediatric nursing), intermediate title and more than 10 years of clinical work experience and "double qualification" teachers in our hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Students or teachers who are taking part in or have taken part in similar research for nearly a year; teachers who plan to study abroad during the research period.
