7 Years to 12 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Cleft lip and palate patient; (2) Asian; (3) Wits appraisal < -1mm or ?ANB < 2 degrees; (4) Anterior crossbite or edge-to-edge oclusion; (5) First permanent molar eruption; (6) Maloclusion Class III, mesioclusion; (7) Zygomaticomaxillary Suture maturation stage A, B and C.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Previous orthodontic or orthognathic treatment; (2) With craniofacial syndrome or previous injury; (3) With disorders affecting jaw development; (4) Poor compliance or refuse orthopedic maxillary protraction treatment; (5) Refuse to sign the informed consent or participate in this clinical trial.
