Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-85 years; 2. Suspected and pathologically confirmed as early lung cancer with multiple pulmonary nodules; 3. No mediastinal lymph node enlargement or distant metastasis; 4. No systemic anti-tumor therapy was received in the past; 5. The function of main organs is normal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participated in other clinical trials within 3 months before enrollment; 2. With contraindications of radiofrequency ablation or surgery and unable to complete the treatment; 3. Combined with other organ tumors; 4. With long-term oral hormone or autoimmune diseases; 5. Various hemorrhagic diseases, acute infectious diseases, fever and pregnancy; 6. Recovery period after cardiac surgery or stent implantation.
