Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 65 and above; (2) Being conscious and able to correctly understand and answer questions; (3) Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who are unable to participate in the questionnaire survey due to communication barriers; (2) Those who cannot collect blood and urine samples; (3) Patients receiving hospice care or palliative care.
