18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: To be eligible, patients must (1) Between the ages of 18 and 80 years; (2) Have a confirmed diagnosis of esophageal cancer, who received chemotherapy or concurrent chemoradiotherapy for the first time; (3) TNM staging of patients with stage I ~ III of esophageal cancer; (4) Willing to participate in the study and cooperate with the intervention plan; (5) KPS score >= 80 points; (6) Primary school education or above, be able to communication normally; (7) Not be receiving hypnotic drugs treatment or participated in other relaxation training.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with heart, liver, kidney and other serious physical diseases.
