Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. They met the diagnostic classification criteria of autism in dsm-5 and were checked by the diagnostic observation tool for autism (ADOS); 2. The age is 1-28 years old, and the gender is not limited; 3. During the two weeks of the inclusion time, patients did not receive any treatment other than drugs, and the drugs and their doses remained unchanged during the treatment; 4. Informed consent signed by the patient or legal guardian.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There were spasm, epilepsy, history of epilepsy and familial epilepsy; 2. Taking drugs that can affect cortical excitability, antipsychotics, etc; 3. Metal foreign bodies and cochlear implants were found in eyes or brain; 4. The existence of neuropathology; 5. Received any form of deep or shallow brain stimulation treatment; 6. Patients with severe nervous system diseases, mental retardation or brain organic diseases; 7. Patients with severe physical diseases, infectious diseases and immune system diseases; 8. According to the evaluation, those who are not suitable for high-precision tDCS treatment and those who are not suitable for tDCS treatment.
