20 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Overweight or obese patients who initiated liraglutide treatment due to weight loss needs; 2)BMI >= 24 kg/m2; 3) Patients with clear consciousness, normal vision and hearing, and normal communication; 4) Right-handed, educated for more than 6 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) With nervous system diseases that may cause cognitive dysfunction (such as cerebrovascular accident, Parkinson's disease, brain tumor, brain trauma, etc.); 2) With organic mental disorders or mental disorders caused by drugs; 3) Use of any antibiotics, probiotics or antimicrobial agents in the past three months; 4) Had digestive tract surgery or other digestive tract organic diseases; 5) Other serious liver, lung and kidney diseases or critical illness can not cooperate with the study; 6) History of acute and chronic pancreatitis; 7) Thyroid tumor related history and family history; 8) Contraindications of MRI: patients who have received pacemaker implantation, patients with grafts or metal foreign bodies, patients with severe underlying diseases, and patients with claustrophobia.
