Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Select Zhuhai Peoples Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 for elderly endometrial cancer patients, 80 patients eligible for elective laparoscopic full staging of endometrial cancer, aged > 65 years, ASA I-II grade, BMI: 1828kg/m2, can be scored with the Mini Mental State Examination Scale (MMSE).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe hypertension, neuropsychiatric diseases and heart, lung, liver and kidney function abnormalities; (2) Patients with severe sensory organ defects (such as vision and hearing impairment) or unable to communicate with the interviewers for other reasons to affect the test; (3) Taking sedatives, antidepressants, alcoholism; patients with known allergy to rimazolom toluenesulfonate and midazolam; (4) Preoperative MMSE score <= 17 and patients who do not agree to be selected or voluntarily withdraw their informed consent; (5) Intraoperative bleeding was greater than 500ml.
