experimental group:0.35 mg / kg esmketamine is injected intravenously 5 min after anesthesia induction
control group:The same dose of normal saline was injected after anesthesia induction

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Eighty adult patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome, ASA I - III, aged 18-65 years, BMI 20-35Kg/m2, scheduled for elective surgery under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The following patients were not included in this study: Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, heart block disease, liver and kidney dysfunction and neuropsychiatric diseases; pregnancy, lactation or recent pregnancy preparation; contraindications to drugs used in the experiment, cognitive impairment, and inability to cooperate with normal experiments.
