Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients with chronic urticaria diagnosed by dermatology department had a course of 6 weeks or more. 2) There was no history of immune disease or severe systemic disease in both groups. 3) Volunteer to participate in the clinical study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Have a history of systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis and other immune diseases or severe systemic diseases. 2) Have a clear history of central nervous system, cardiovascular system, kidney system, liver system, respiratory system, metabolism and skeletal muscle system. 3) Pregnant or lactating women. 4) Poor compliance, or life in danger, unable to complete the course of treatment. 5) Other factors that The researchers judged to be not suitable for the trial.
