65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Robot-assisted laparoscopic radical prostatectomy patients under elective general anesthesia; 2.Elderly patients 65 to 80 years old; 3.Body mass index 19~28kg/m2; 4.ASA classification II~III; 5.ARISCAT >= 26.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with severe respiratory complications or severe pulmonary insufficiency, including difficult airways, asthma, thoracic diseases, lung restrictive and obstructive diseases, thoracic and spinal deformities; 2.Combined with serious cardiovascular system complications, including congenital heart disease, severe arrhythmia, coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction, heart failure, cardiomyopathy, etc.; 3.Suffer from cerebrovascular diseases, brain tumors, brain trauma and other diseases, including pituitary tumors, cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, etc.; 4.Suffer from mental illness such as schizophrenia, depression, long-term insomnia, etc.; 5.Have undergone thoracic or neurosurgery surgery or surgery in the past 6 months.
